It was an exclusive experience. Everything was perfect. We don’t consume alcohol and they had no problem making the dishes in the tasting menu without alcohol for us. We arrived 15 minutes before our reserved time but they welcomed us so nicely, took our jackets and bags and welcomed us orally too. All the staff were super kind and humble. All dishes were astonishing and every dish was explained by the staff. The story behind the dishes, the making proces and how to eat them. We got three dishes as extra from the chef alongside turkish tea and water refill regularly. The last dish was served by the chef himself which I think was a perfect finish to the evening. It shows that they are genuine with what they do and that they want to meet the people eating their food.

An absolutely exceptional experience at Nicole Restaurant in Istanbul! I chose the tasting menu, and I wasn’t disappointed by a single dish. Every course was a culinary journey, beautifully balanced flavors, elegant presentation, and impeccable service. You can truly feel the passion and precision behind every creation. Nicole is without a doubt one of the finest restaurants in Istanbul, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates refined, creative cuisine.

This is not only one of the best experiences in Istanbul or Turkey but truly at a global level. Michelin one-starred restaurant. The only aspect that could be further improved is the cocktail menu, which has room for more creativity and variety. Other than that, it was an outstanding and memorable experience.

Exceptional from start to finish. I've dined at other Michelin star restaurants but this was among the most memorable--for the exquisite flavors, the attentive staff and the gorgeous view. I celebrated my birthday at this rooftop restaurant with four friends. We selected the four-course prix fixe menu (two starters, a main and dessert) but received so much more. The charming chef Serkan Aksoy stopped by our table and chatted with us, which was a delight. A splurge during a wonderful visit to Istanbul.

Nicole absolutely deserves her star ⭐ The kitchen delivered a cornucopia of delights throughout the evening. Each dish and drink was crafted with finesse, served generously, and accompanied by precise descriptions. The warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and sharing this experience with good company in such elegant surroundings – under the roof with that breathtaking view – turned the evening into something unforgettable. We went to celebrate my birthday, the restaurant is close to the Italian embassy, in a nice area in Istanbul, the restaurant is on the top floor of the building, we were seated as soon as we arrived , we were offered to move closer to the window with a nice view. We decided to go for 4 courses meal, we were offered more than 4 courses ++ and the foods were just so delicious , fusion of Turkish cuisine with French cooking technique, head chef came by and checked if we liked everything, the highlight was the dessert! They have offered a small cake for my birthday before the petite four arrived. We went outside the terrace for some fresh air in between courses and we were able to catch some really nice view of Istanbul landscape. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and have recommended some very good local wine. Highly recommended if you are in Istanbul.

We enjoyed Nicole so much! The food was delicious and interesting, made better by a beautiful view in a very cool neighborhood. We are definitely not educated Michelin diners, but felt that the restaurant struck a great balance between edgy and traditional—a fish pastrami (the decidedly low point of the meal) followed by a delicate white fish in brown butter. When the staff found out it was our honeymoon, they gave us free champagne and removed approximately $100 from the bill. We are so grateful, and will come back whenever we are in Istanbul!!

Panoramic views from atop TomTom Suites, next to the Italian Embassy. Attentive and friendly service. Had menu 2. Every dish was carefully and exquisitely prepared. The food was a fusion of Turkish and modern cuisine, and delicious. I had 2 Turkish wines by the glass that were really rich and flavorful. Had a Turkish desert wine that tasted like sour cherry and chocolate - truly. Compared to some places in Istanbul, it was not expensive for the quality and artistry. I highly recommend
